4/22/08 - //An InTREEging Cause for Earth Day

WHAT: Lovehammers are showing their concern for the environment and intend to make a difference in a creative manner for a great cause. In conjunction with this, they are planning a special dedication of their song, "Trees". On Earth Day 2008, every time someone downloads "Trees" by Lovehammers, 100% of the proceeds generated on that day are being donated to the Earth Day Network.

WHEN: April 22, 2008

WHERE: "Trees" will be available for download at: Apple iTunes (click here to download) and other music download sites on April 22, 2008. This Sunday, April 20, Lovehammers will be on the Dean Richards Sunday Morning Radio show. They will be on from 11:05 - 11:20 A.M. CST to discuss the Earth Day event as well as the Trees download initiative.
WGN Radio station is AM 720. Also, anyone with internet access should be able to listen live at wgnradio.com.

3/29/08 - //Hard Rock Cafe March on Stage Benefit

On Saturday, March 29th,Lovehammers and MINK performed at Hard Rock Cafe Chicago as part of the March on Stage Benefit. March on Stage is packing houses and benefitting charities all across the globe. Lovehammers recent performance benefited Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization which brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcafe facilities. The benefit also raised money for Nordoff-Robbings Music Therapy, a charitable foundation which provides music therapy to children and adults in need.

On Sunday, March 8th, Marty Casey will perform at Chrome Gallery for a special engagement benefiting KIPP, a charter school in Gary, Indiana. 1/04/08 - //ARF Rocks, Walnut Creek, CA

On January 4th, Lovehammers performed at ARF ROCKS, a benefit for the Animal Rescue Foundation. Lovehammers were asked to be a part of this annual event by Future Hall of Fame and multiple World Series Champion Tony LaRussa. Last year, Lovehammers had the opportunity to play alongside Carlos Santana, Journey, Tesla, and saw sets by Kevin Nealon, among others - including an audience full of celebs and athletes. Lovehammers were on ABC 7 Chicago this Sunday, December 30th during the 8 a.m. news hour. There was an interview, a performance of "Hold On," and a strong fan turn out. One hundred of a special poster are available for fans to order as of Monday,12/17/07, from lhstore.com. They will all be signed by the artist and numbered. They are hand drawn and painted, so they are one of a kind. The artist is Chuck Sperry who has designed concert posters for Pearl Jam and Eric Clapton among others.
